Who can I contact in case of a problem?
You can always get help at nws@netways.de and in the LiveChat at the bottom right. For general questions regarding the settings, we recommend the Icinga forum and documentation.
How can I download my invoice?
Go to your Icinga Satellite account and select Billing. There you should see all your invoices listed, as well as the option to download them. Note: It may take up to an hour after your purchase for your invoice to appear in the billing section.
When can I cancel the app?
You can cancel Icinga Satellite on a monthly or yearly basis.
