How can I manage users within BookStack??
 

Easily add more users to your organization in your existing my.nws account and manage default roles.

Choose from three predefined NWS-ID roles: Viewer, Editor, and Admin.

For more customized roles, create specific permissions within BookStack and assign them to users with existing NWS-ID roles.

For instance, if you have a user designated as “Viewer” within NWS-ID, but you wish to grant this user specific permissions, you can accomplish this by creating a new role in BookStack’s settings and subsequently assigning it to the user. This process empowers you to tailor access and permissions precisely to your needs.

What is the maximum upload size?
 

The maximum upload size is limited to 1 gigabyte, larger uploads may not be possible.

Can users register for my BookStack?
 

No, registration through BookStack is not possible. BookStack utilizes NWS-ID, which is built on top of OIDC (OpenID Connect). To add users, you must do so within NWS-ID on my.nws account and assign the relevant NWS-ID role.
