Why do I need my own login area?

A dedicated login area offers you and your users protected access to individual data, services or internal information. This ensures that only authorized persons have access to sensitive content.

Can multiple users access the same account?
Yes, for companies we offer multi-user functionalities with individually adjustable rights (e.g. Access, Manage, Destroy, Billing).

Simply use the "Forgot password" function on the login page. You will receive a link by e-mail that you can use to set a new password.

What is an organization?
Every user can create organizations and name them according to their own taste. Whether for private use, for companies or as an institution: everything is possible!

What are user groups good for?
The keyword is role-based access! Authorizations are distributed at user group level. An organization can have several user groups that have either one, some or all permissions.

Which rights can be assigned?

You can assign the following authorizations at user group level:

Access = has read-only access
Manage = can change product settings, resources and more
Destroy = can delete product contracts
Billing = can only download invoices

Does NWS-ID cost me anything?
No. NWS-ID is an extension of our current NWS Customer Interface and won't cost you a cent.
