Which systems can you operate?

Among other things, we operate OpenStack clouds, Kubernetes clusters, and a range of open-source applications such as GitLab, Prometheus, Icinga, and Nextcloud. Do you need a custom setup that isn't listed here? Get in touch—we'd be happy to review your requirements and find a suitable solution.

Where are my systems and data hosted?

Your systems run exclusively in our two ISO 27001-certified data centers in Germany. We operate in compliance with the GDPR and place a high priority on security and data protection. Your data never leaves Germany.

How do I start an open source app?

Log in with your NWS ID and select the application and package you want. The application will then be ready to use right away, and you can try it for 30 days free of charge and with no restrictions.

What happens after the 30-day trial period?

That depends on whether you want to continue. If you want to keep the app, it will simply continue to run as soon as a valid payment method is on file. So please make sure your personal information is up to date and that your payment method is working. If you don’t want to continue, we’ll notify you by email before the 30 days are up. If you don’t respond, we’ll delete the app and the associated data. You can also delete the app yourself at any time.

How flexible are the term and cancellation policy?

Our apps are intentionally flexible: You can cancel your subscription on a monthly basis.

How secure is my data?

We are ISO 27001-certified, operate in compliance with the GDPR, and host our data exclusively in Germany. Your data is backed up regularly, and we keep our systems up to date with the latest security standards through continuous updates. We help you design your IT infrastructure to be robust, future-proof, and independent.
