How can MyEngineer® support me?
MyEngineer® is your personal support employee and IT consultant that you can book just as easily as one of our apps! With just one click, you can summon one of our engineers when you need them. Imagine having an extra pair of hands with years of experience ready to help you, whether it's monitoring, troubleshooting or even taking over some of your tasks. Either way, you will save a lot of time!!!

Do I have an overview of the billed times?
Yes, of course! You can view your calculated times at any time - they can be found in the MyEngineer® view in the Time tracking tab.

Can I book MyEngineer® for a SaaS app?
Yes, you can also book a MyEngineer® for your apps. If you have any questions, please send us an e-mail.

Can I always work with the same MyEngineer® or do I always get a different one?

If they are available, we will of course try to connect you with your preferred technician, but when it comes to a 24/7 service, he may not be available. He needs to recharge his batteries from time to time too!

Is my MyEngineer® based in Germany?

Yes, we do not outsource any of our support services, we do everything ourselves! We are committed to a professional and personal working relationship. We want to make sure that we take care of you and that you get the right support that you need and deserve.

What services does MyEngineer® offer?

Everything you need - be it support with technical difficulties or problems starting a new project. Sometimes it helps to have an outside perspective to give your project the kickstart it needs. We offer help with the introduction and operation of Kubernetes and cloud services.

Is it safe to use the MyEngineer® service?
Absolutely! Everything that is discussed stays with us. We have no interest in third parties and any problems you have stay completely in-house. Your data also remains safe with us, so there's no need to worry.

Does MyEngineer® speak English?
Yes, all of our MyEngineers® can speak English (and quite well!). So if you're not a native German speaker or feel more comfortable speaking English, we can accommodate you.

When can I contact a MyEngineer®?

By e-mail and phone Monday - Friday from 9:30 to 17:30 or in emergency situations 24/7 by phone. And there's even the option of meeting you on site!

How is the time spent with my MyEngineer® calculated?
We calculate the time based on each start of 15 minutes. This means that if the time spent with your MyEngineers® is 28 minutes, you will be charged for two 15-minute sessions.

How can I cancel my MyEngineer®?

If you no longer need the MyEngineers® service, you can go to your "My Apps" area and cancel your service from there.

How is my MyEngineer® billed?

Support assignments are booked every 15 minutes, 24/7 assignments are booked for at least two hours with a travel & arrival fee.
