What exactly does "Managed Services" mean for you?
We take over the complete technical operation of your IT systems for you - from infrastructure and platforms to applications. You don't have to worry about updates or disruptions - we ensure availability, security and scalability.

Which systems can you operate?
We manage OpenStack clouds, Kubernetes clusters and several other open source-based applications. We are also happy to check individual setups.

Where are the systems hosted?
We host the systems in our two German ISO-certified data centers and attach great importance to security and data protection (GDPR-compliant).

How do I start an open source app?
Log in using our NWS ID and select the desired app and model. The app is ready for you to use straight away and you can test it free of charge for 30 days.

What can I do if I have problems?
Please contact our support team. We will deal with your request directly and try to resolve it as quickly as possible.

What happens after the 30-day trial period if I want to continue using the app?
At the end of the test phase, the app will continue to run if a valid payment method has been entered. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please make sure that your personal data is up to date and that your payment method is working.

What happens after the 30-day trial period if I no longer want to use the app?
If you have not entered a payment method, you will be informed by email before the 30 days expire. If you do not respond, we will delete the app and all data. Of course, you can delete the app at any time by logging in under "Your apps".
