How do I sign up?
Just click here and then enter a username and password under “Create new account”. Then click on “Register” and the account is created. For confirmation, you will then receive an e-mail, which you must confirm with the link listed there. Now you can log in with the previously selected registration data. The registration is completely free.
How do I start an app?
After logging in with a click on “Start your first app now”. Now select the desired app and model, then the app starts immediately. IMPORTANT NOTE: All apps can be tested for free for 30 days.
Who can start an app?
All apps of NETWAYS Web Services are available to everyone (B2B and B2C).
What happens after the 30-day trial period if I want to continue using the app?
When the trial period expires, the app will keep running when a valid payment method has been deposited. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please make sure your personal information is up-to-date and your deposited payment method works.
What happens after the 30-day trial period if I do not want to continue using the app?
If you have not deposited a payment method, we will inform you by e-mail before the end of the 30 days. If you do not respond, we will delete the app and all data. Of course, you can always delete the app by signing in under “Your Apps”.
How do I start the NETWAYS Cloud?
After logging in with a click on “Start your first app now” and then under “Cloud” on “OpenStack”. Now you can apply for access to our NETWAYS Cloud. IMPORTANT NOTICE: The NETWAYS Cloud is only available to companies and similar institutions and authorities (B2B) (no sale to private customers (B2C)).
How long does it take to process the access request for the NETWAYS Cloud?
We check your requests on weekdays from 9:30h to 17:30h (except bavarian and nationwide holidays) very quickly. You will then be informed immediately by e-mail.
How do I get to my account?
You will find your account after logging in at the top right under Account. Here you can edit your personal information, change your payment method and download your bills.
Where can I find my invoices?
After logging in, you will find the invoices in the upper right corner under “Account” and then “Invoices”.
How can I change my payment method?
After logging in, you will find the payment methods in the upper right corner under “Account” and then “Edit Payment Method”.
How can I edit my personal information?
After logging in you will find the personal data in the upper right under “Account” and then “Edit Account”.
Where can I deposit an e-mail address for sending invoices?
This is done in your account under “Edit account”. After logging in, you will find this item in the upper right corner under “Account” and then “Edit Account”.
Which payment methods are available?
We offer payment by credit card, Paypal and on account.
What are the contract terms for NETWAYS Web Services Apps?
If you have chosen to pay by credit card or Paypal, all apps will run for one month from sign up. With invoice payment all apps run for 12 months from registration.
How do I cancel NETWAYS Web Services apps?
This is done after registration in the upper right under “Account” and “Apps”. Click on “Cancel” on the right side of the app. The app then runs until the end of the contract period.
What happens to my data after a termination?
We delete all data at the end of the contract period, we do not require any intervention from you. Please secure your data in good time before expiration of the contract.
What happens if my payment via credit card or Paypal fails or if I am in default of payment?
We will contact you immediately and several times by e-mail if a payment has not been made. Then you have enough time to adjust the payment method or to clear the account. If these requests remain unanswered, we’ll delete the app after a while. IMPORTANT note: Please always keep your contact information up to date and take care of appropriate holiday representations.
